Every baby is different, however most parents start to see a difference within 2-4 days! For example... Baby R was waking 2-4 times per night and being breastfed to sleep. By day 4, he slept for 9 hours straight! By night 6 he was settling to sleep with some gentle shushing and dad was fully involved in bedtime.

No, you won't! Although no sleep training method is cry proof, I choose to use a gentle in-room approach which supports your little one through the change.

As new or expecting parents, one thing you are expected to figure out is newborn sleep! When in reality, you just muddle through and go with the flow through tired eyes whilst in your bubble of love for your new baby.

Limited to just 6 spaces, during this comprehensive workshop, you’ll:

• Recognise Sleepy Cues: Master the art of identifying when your baby is ready for sleep to prevent overtiredness.
• Build a Gentle Routine: Discover how to create a flexible, age-appropriate routine to help your baby feel secure and settled.
• Set the Stage for Long-Term Sleep Success: Lay a solid foundation for healthy sleep habits that will benefit your baby as they grow.
At the end of the section, there will be a live Q & A section, giving you the opportunity to ask questions specific to your baby’s needs and get personalised advice!

Whether you’re a first-time parent or navigating life with multiple children, this workshop will leave you feeling confident, informed, and prepared to support your newborn’s sleep needs
Suitable for expectant parents or those with a newborn ( 8 weeks and under)

The session is split into two; the learning content about newborn sleep and the Q & A section that follows. The sessions are run virtually and last 90 minutes. To give you the most out of this session, I limit the workshops to just 6 spaces (only one space required per couple). This helps facilitate discussion at the end and gives everyone the opportunity to ask any niggling questions!

You will achieve longer stretches of sleep at night (but most likely a full nights sleep!) leaving you feeling rested and recharged, ready for a fun filled day with your little one!
You will have a predictable nap routine, allowing you the flexibility to plan your day whilst ensuring your little one has the right amount of daytime sleep.
