Sleep deprivation played a huge role in my life whilst my son was little. He didn’t sleep through the night until 20 months old and it really took its toll on me; my energy levels were low, I struggled with the return to work and I craved a good nights sleep.

  • Anna is absolutely brilliant at what she does... We were clear with Anna that we didn’t want cry it out at all and she didn’t disappoint. The method she provides is very attachment based, very responsive and although at times there are tears, there is never a moment you are leaving your baby alone...
